    Default new pirelli angel on

Got the new Pirelli Angel on the rear. Figured I'd start a post and track its life cycle. I'll update the post every 500-1000 miles depending on the tire

Here's a couple pics of the new tire on before it's been used.

not sure why the pics are sideways, when I view them on my phone or computer they're the correct orientation.

so far so good. Not that I expected any less from Pirelli.

I don't really notice any difference performance-wise from the diablo scooter ,but I'm on the Florida coast so I don't have lot's of twisties to really test on. Right now I'm just waiting for some rain when I'm free to see how the angels hold up with the wet compared to the diablos.

One thing I did notice though is the angel actually has a wear bar on them unlike the diablo scooter.

So I'm just shy of 1000 miles on the new tire and the angel still looks brand new. Rode in the rain a couple times and the angel feels good. it's hard for me to really compare it to the Diablo without being able to run them one after the other, but so far I'm really liking the angel and would say it's comparable to the Diablo for me. (those who ride hard and have lots of twisties may feel different)
