    Default Stumped, need some advice.

How we doing guys, names Darren, Iím from NJ
And this will be my first post, I ride an 01 blast and
Recently installed one of dans air intakes and jets.
(Dan is top notch for sure). I have followed all directions
And set the ideal mixture properly and I get nothing.
She cranks but doesnít fire, (got her to run on ether)
Fast forward I have taken her back to stock jets and all
And she still does not turn over. From what I can see it looks
As though my fuel filter isnít filling with fuel(maybe)

Appreciate all advice fellas, thanks for this forum.

Sounds like a fuel supply issue. If the fuel petcock is in the "ON" position try switching to "reserve" and see what happens. Still no go pull the line ahead of the fuel filter, no fuel = no gas or jacked up petcock or some kind blockage. If there is fuel, install the filter make sure the flow direction is correct and check to see if fuel flows through the filer, if there is no fuel making through the filter ditch it and get a new one. Work your way from the tank back to the carb and you should be good to go. These are very simple machines fortunately.

I'm with Cowens, check everything from the petcock back for proper flow.

Last resort, turn valve ON and blow into the fuel line to dislodge whatever may be blocking it in the tank.

Alright guys took your advice and ran everything back and there seems to be No issue with the flow of fuel, I replaced the filter
With a nice metal/glass one from my local bike shop, still does
Not start on her own. Did kick on with a shot of ether
    Again and died right out.

Did you try with the gas cap off could be a vent blocking the flow.

An how far did you take the carb apart?

And i'm not a fan of inline fuel filters on the Blast.

When you did the main jet did the needle seat come out with it??

An the jets are not the problem if your using ether an it starts an dies it's definitely a fuel delivery problem.

Have you taken the fuel filter out?

Is your needle jet installed correctly?
