Lee,
That is a really nice looking bike.
What engine is EBR using?
Kenny G
Only ten yellow 1190SX's were produced, I got one. VIN #00008
Pickup at the warehouse in San Jose, CA
In the truck for the 1.5hr drive home

This thing is just stupid-powerful. Wheelies are nothing. Open the throttle and it just leaves. It's incredible.

Added some handguards.
From the front, off/on:
It's not dimming the headlight, the camera adjusted its white balance; these things are bright!
Facing the house, off/on:
Kinda how it's wired from the accessory plug:
I found the only place to mount the supplied switch was under the clutch reservoir at an angle. Weird to get to, but I don't care.
As delivered, my switch didn't work. I popped the toggle out with a small flathead screwdriver and found the contact plate inside to be offset from how it was supposed to be. Put it in the correct orientation, snapped the toggle back in, works like a charm. There were absolutely ZERO instructions, but it's pretty self-explanatory. Brackets A go with guard A, B with B. The wires are not marked + or -, so I just stuck the wires into the acc. plug until the lights came on to figure out which was which.
First impressions; straight forward install, no special tools require keeps it easy, best bard end hardware I've ever used, bright as all hell, sturdy ... I would 100% buy again.

Never did post anything here, but I was side-swiped on Feb 8 on the highway. Was doing about 45ish and a guy in a stationwagon claimed he was dodging someone else. He hit my right side, I went down on my left. He ran over the front wheel, not sure if my leg was still underneath it or not. I bounced and slid down the highway, ended up on my back sideways across the carpool lane. Rolled over and scrambled to the shoulder and sat there for a few minutes. EMT and Sheriff were in traffic and were talking to me within seconds. CHP found the other guy 100% at fault. He stuck around as did another witness driver.
I took an ambulance to the ER due to lower back pain and difficulty walking as the adrenaline wore off. ER did no imaging at all and even refused to prescribe painkillers. I couldn't put weight on my left leg and the dumb fucks didn't even offer me a wheel chair to get to my car. That ER is fucking pathetic and I wish horrible things upon every person that saw me.
No broken bones, several bulging and sheared discs, deep hematoma's in my left leg and left arm. About $7k in damage to the bike; insurance did not total it, they're paying for repairs.
Been over two months and I still don't have the bike back from the shop, been in and out of physical therapy for neck and back and my leg is finally almost fully healed. Jumped on the Firebolt about two days after the wreck to make sure there were no heebie-jeebies to fight with, then rested until my back and leg to take it. Now I'm on the Firebolt daily while waiting for the EBR to get all fixed up.
I'll get some pics uploaded at some point.

Update
All out of medical care for the past month or so. The steering stops on the frame were found to be damaged. EBR said no welding to repair it, so insurance is replacing the frame since they're "already six grand into it, it doesn't make sense to stop now." Frame should be getting ordered this week, then they gotta stamp the VIN and send it. Looking at being without the bike another month. Owned the bike for almost a year and only rode it for 6 months. But I'm getting it back, almost brand new.
Still waiting on medical settlement.
The Firebolt is my daily, so I'm still riding.
