    Yup, that's the screw.

    What cover? There is a small plug usually covering that, various methods of getting it out. The fuel bowl does not cover that screw.

    well the timing was pretty far off, I timed it to the Vertical line (not 2-dots) and still have the same issue! Once I got it started after the video I tried giving it some gas and the carb just back fired and stalled it out?


    going to try the air mix screw next.

    It sounds lean, did you make sure the nipples covering the vacuum port just behind the fuel elbow is intact?

    It's the thing between the fuel elbow and the tps sensor. Make sure the nipple covers has not split.

    Ok I just saw the video above. If you normally run the bike with the stock air filter that's probably your problem, reinstall air filter and try running it. Stock air filter has shit for flow so it will richen up your mixture.

    I had that issue when I started modding my bike. It was 1-3 jet sizes difference in tuning from stock intake to EZBlasts air filter screen. Also changing exhasut helped need more fuel. If you have experience with old school carburators on V8's the blast is much more finiky with the air fuel ratio.
